Orders may be placed on line through the shopping cart or Toll Free by phone (Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM – 4 PM): 866-613-3251.
- Disposables Delivered accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
- Invoice billing is established at the discretion of Disposables Delivered and may require completion of a Credit Application.
- Money Orders in the exact amount of the total purchase must be received before the products are shipped.
- Shipping is FREE on all orders.
- Disposables Delivered ships within the 50 states of the US. Unfortunately, our distribution network prevents shipment to any of the US territories.
- Online orders for items in stock that are received Monday through Friday before 2:45 PM local time will ship the same day.
- Dry for Life Program orders are shipped and the credit card on file is billed on the scheduled shipping date unless Disposables Delivered has been informed of a need for an order/schedule change.
- Discreet nationwide shipping of product package and case orders are delivered by UPS (Ground Service).
- Samples are offered at the discretion of Disposables Delivered and are sent through the US Postal Service.
- Disposables Delivered has partnered with the distribution network of McKesson Medical Surgical Supply to efficiently process and ship orders from thirteen distribution centers nationwide.
- 90% of our orders placed before the daily order cut-off are home delivered within one business day.
Prices Listed and Products Offered
The prices of products on this website and in our printed materials are subject to change. The continued availability of offered products is beyond the control of Disposables Delivered.
- Items eligible for return must be within 30 days of original order and must be in the same unit of measure which was ordered. Opened packages, less than full case (case orders) and obsolete items may not be eligible for return.
- No return shipment is to be initiated without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number and Shipping Instructions.
- The value of the refund issued will take into account return shipping charges and any restocking fees. These amounts will be deducted from the credited amount of the order.
- Applicable credits for eligible items will be granted once the items have been returned to stock at the distribution center.
- If a situation changes between the time an order is placed and the delivery of the order, you may refuse to accept the shipment from the UPS driver.
- The full value of the ‘refused’ order will be credited once the order is received back into stock at the distribution center.
