Extended Wear Briefs provide the highest level of urine absorbency to eliminate the need for brief changes overnight or to provide protection to someone with extraordinary needs. Limit extended wear products use duration to less than eight hours. The PrevailŪPM is used to allow longer periods of sleep at night. An extended wear product should not be used for a wearer if bowel incontinence is likely. The Prevail PM has maximum plus absorbency and breathable zones to add comfort during extended wear or overnight use. Four Easy Lock Fastener (ELF) tabs grip the cloth like fabric (similar to "velcro") eliminating sticky tapes that often rip and ruin plastic covered briefs. Medium size is yellow and fits waist sizes 32"-44". Large size is green and fits waist sizes 45"-58".
